Surrounded by much-loved family homes in the Western portion of the suburb, the house slightly elevated from the street and set amongst established, low-maintenance, water-wise native gardens front and back, is Greenwood’s latest offering and it won’t last…

My first visit to this perfectly positioned gem in a delightful leafy street was a little sentimental to be honest… I had flashbacks to around 18 years before, when I had pulled up in the driveway of our current Greenwood home for the Open, and before I even stepped in the front door I was sold! I’m still not sure if it was all the birds singing, the cool afternoon breeze or all the trees, but I knew I was home!

This solid, spacious family abode was built in the 70's but you wouldn’t know as it has been lovingly maintained plus had plenty of improvements along the way including the addition of a spacious games room taking the total size internally to approximately 145m2 and becoming the homes third living space.

The main bedroom has a walk-though robe into the bathroom (which reminds me - as an avid renovator may I suggest future plans include converting the spacious laundry into a second bathroom… just a thought) and the two minor bedrooms have built-in robes.
