The location couldn’t be better with parks in all directions – the biggest and closest being gorgeous Penistone Park with all its amenities - it’s new playground and upgraded clubrooms, two sporting fields and tennis courts barely 200 metres away; Greenwood Primary School is also an easy and safe walk for the kiddly winks with only one street to cross. Bus stops within 500 metres will take you to the Greenwood train station or one of many local shopping centres. Warwick Senior High School, and the Warwick Leisure Centre and all that this includes are walking distance away… you won’t want to be anywhere else!
The home itself has had upgrades along the way, with the standout being the enviable, generous main bedroom with its own aircon and a sliding door out to the alfresco, a stunning ensuite complete with double vanities and ample under-sink storage, and this room has along with a wall of built-in robes, also a roomy walk-in robe
Bedroom 2 easily accommodates a QS bed and has built-in robes and an ac, while bedroom 3 is spacious with room enough for a double bed and to also add a robe should you choose, and they share the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath and added storage space.
The functional kitchen with a slider window out to a servery for BBQ nights, is perfectly positioned next to the spacious laundry and if this house was mine, I would extend the kitchen into the laundry and give direct open access to the excellent, high pitched gable patio for year-round indoor outdoor alfresco entertaining! But that’s just me…
Beyond the meals area off the kitchen, a cosy lounge at the front of the home has a lovely leafy outlook, and again, in time, I might replace the large picture window with a French door out to a gorgeous front courtyard… the front of the home is screaming for it.
Of course the above suggested improvements are strictly my opinion and I confess to being a real estate tragic… this home is perfectly fine as it is right now.
