With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the capacity to accommodate up to eight guests, Cockatoo House is perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are available.
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
Inside:
As you enter Cockatoo House, you'll find yourself in a spacious downstairs area. A welcoming hallway leads you to a cozy lounge room, which grants direct access to the backyard. Additionally, a well-appointed bathroom is conveniently located on this level.
Upon ascending the stairs to the upper floor, you'll discover another inviting lounge room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, on this level, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all guests. A second well-appointed bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor.
Outside:
The kitchen boasts modern amenities and a sliding door that opens to a lovely back veranda, complete with outdoor furniture. This is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy al fresco meals or simply take in the serene surroundings. A barbecue is also provided for your convenience.
Cockatoo House truly embraces its idyllic location, offering a backyard that will exceed your expectations. Step outside to discover a private jetty and mooring, perfect for those looking to explore the beautiful waterways of Sussex Inlet. If you have a boat, ample parking space is available. Whether you're an avid angler or simply wish to soak up the tranquillity of the surroundings, this backyard oasis has you covered.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
