- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for the occupants. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting lounge room, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The decorated interiors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and make yourself at home.
Adjacent to the lounge room, you'll find a dining room where you can gather with your loved ones and enjoy delicious meals together. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare your favourite dishes, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and ample storage space for your groceries.
Outside
One of the highlights of this holiday rental is its private jetty with boat mooring facilities. Whether you're an avid boater or simply want to enjoy the mesmerizing water views, this feature offers endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Sussex Inlet itself is a delightful coastal town, known for its natural beauty and recreational activities. Explore the stunning waterways, indulge in fishing, or water sports, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the scenic beaches nearby.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
