We are a family with 3 young children, The secondary dwelling has all the regulation efficient sound proof fit out. We are very considerate of noise. The main living areas are in a seperate area from the sleeping quarters and we do believe in the children being aware of noise. I repeat thought.... we do have 3 young children so this is something we need you to consider...

We are ideally looking for an individual to enjoy this space and share mutual privacy at the property. Someone who is happy to live near children and preferably working regularly themselves and making noise during 'normal' hours of the day.

We have had pets at the property so would consider animals but we do ourselves have a dog and with the children this will need to be considered upon application.
