The apartment is strictly no smoking. It is also a no-pets apartment (we love animals and have a dog but we don't want to have any pets in the apartment - sorry).

Whilst we would rather one individual, couples may be considered - but the rate for couples would change to $600 per week to reflect the increase in bills and additional wear and tear/noise etc.
