A long-term Yamba resident, property specialist Warren Tucker, or ‘Wazza’ as better known locally, owned a successful real estate business/auction house on Sydney’s busy North Shore, before a holiday visit to ‘Paradise Yamba’ in the 80’s saw the family relocated.
