About Tom Leworthy

Tom is a proud local who has spent the last 10 years living abroad in Europe, the Middle East and New Zealand. Tom has three beautiful children and spends most of his time down the beach or exploring the coast on his days off. Tom grew up in Coolum Beach and after school, he enlisted in the Navy to pursue a career in Aviation. Having lived as an expat in various countries around the globe, Tom never took for granted just how lucky he was to grow up in such a desirable location. “My Military and Post Military career has taken me to some challenging parts of the world, and I quickly came to the realisation of just how fortunate I was to be an Australian. The fact that I am able to call Coolum my hometown, is just the icing on the cake”. Tom has an intimate knowledge of the coast ranging from Maroochydore to Noosa and everything in between. He has an extensive contact network throughout the region, so no question is too difficult for Tom to answer. “My focus is to provide honest and trustworthy advice, so my clients feel comfortable and relaxed when buying or selling a home. Purchasing or selling property is often an emotional experience so I’m aiming to deliver a premium product whilst ensuring the sale process is as stress-free as possible”.
