About Simon Parsons

Simon started his real estate career with LJ Hooker Glenorchy | Clarence in 2018 after having spent two years in new home sales with Wilsons Homes. Prior to that Simon worked in land development, so real estate sales is a natural progression. An avid watcher of real estate, Simon has renovated three houses and “flipped” them as well has having just completed building his new, and much loved, family home. “Having spent 15 years in business development and account management roles, I believe in the benefits of developing strong and lasting relationships. For vendors and buyers alike, I add value to the relationship by conveying my industry knowledge and by bringing people together to achieve their property goals.” When not window shopping on real estate web sites, Simon loves to spend time with his young family and his friends.
