For the first 10 years he was a Property Manager, managing portfolios of 800 & 850 properties. For 6 years he owned and operated a specialist Sales & Development consultancy dealing with over 40 different Councils across Sydney and during this period sat on a Housing Industry Association Advisory Committee. Immediately prior to commencing at The Vintage, Robert was a Licensee and Special Projects Manager of the largest Real Estate firm in Nelson Bay with a sales team of 7 and total staff of 28.
