About Richard Tegart

Richard began his Real Estate career in 1995 at a local Dubbo Real Estate Agency as a property manager before entering sales. He achieved some top state awards with that franchise chain. Richard commenced at Ray White Dubbo in 2005, joining Brian McAneney as a Director. Richard believes that constant communication with both vendors and purchasers is extremely important. He appreciates that they pass through a very emotional period in the sale and/or purchase of their home and need to know how the transaction is progressing. Richard is always focused on lifting the standard of service at Ray White Dubbo, and loves hearing new ideas that offer a fresh and energetic approach to the sale and purchase of local property. Richard is always accessible during negotiations and is more than happy to spend extra time with people to help them achieve their goals. With his genuine approach and positive attitude to all aspects of real estate, it is no wonder that Richard receives praise from a range of happy clientele. In his spare time Richard enjoys spending time with his two beautiful daughters, Ainslie and Claudia. He also enjoys water skiing, motor bike riding, fishing and spending time with friends.
