Commenced in real estate with a large company in 1986 as a Salesperson, was promoted to Sales Manager in 1989, left as a Manager in 1995 to establish his own Agency, moved to Bexleys Real Estate in 2007 which merged with Xceed Real Estate. He is a licensed auctioneer with a general auctioneer’s license, has completed the Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate) to qualify as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and is currently a participant in the REBA Professional Development Program. During his career he has conducted numerous successful auctions, sold a massive number of properties and in the process created highest sales price records and successfully negotiated many more conjunctional dealings. With a philosophy based on honesty and integrity blended with energy, enthusiasm, the determination to achieve the best result and providing the highest level of quality service. With his knowledge and experience he has developed excellent negotiating skills and marketing strategies to suit each individual situation and is dedicated to providing a one on one personalised service for all his clients throughout the entire process from sale to settlement.
