About Rachel Ross

I had my start in a Gold Coast real estate market since the age of 15 years first as a property manager’s assistant and quickly was promoted to office manager. Later I wanted to expand my skills and joined the family business so I took up the role of personal assistant to the principal and finally after 12 months of intensive training, and on the job experience launched my career as a sales person, and have never looked back. I found customers like my grounded approach, gregarious and outgoing personality. During the last 10 years I have also studied and registered as a licenced agent (diploma in business), Real Estate Valuer (advanced diploma), occupational health and safety (cert iv) and am currently finishing off a degree in psychology. I feel I have the know-how that allows me to utilise these all-rounder skills to tackle any issue and turn a negative into a positive.
