About Rachael Newman

Rachael Newman began her Real Estate career with Elders Lakes Entrance & Metung in 2013, working a part time role in Administration/Reception. Rachael has responded to the challenge of a busy office and developed a strong interest in sales. Her sales career began in August 2015 and has not looked back. Rachael has had many work experiences from the local fishing industry to mining, stock and station work, hospitality and admin, always falling back to an industry working with people, this has proved to be a valuable asset proving her connection with others. Her transition to sales has been outstanding, achieving some fantastic results. Consistently taking a genuine, empathetic, interest in the people she deals with. It's the people that drive her exceptional efforts, focusing heavily on building relationships with her clientele. She really is well suited to her role, going to great lengths to help clients understand the sales process and enjoy their experience within the industry. Rachael and her husband Rodney took over the Elders Lakes Entrance & Metung franchise on as there own in July 2018 and are motivated to run a successful family business. Having lived in Lakes Entrance for 35 years Rachael has been able to combine her love for the area with her passion for Real Estate.
