I am a passionate, experienced Real Estate Professional with over 25 years in the industry. I am currently the Principal of LJ Hooker, Brighton, SA operating in one of Adelaide's Premier Coastal locations... I believe in delivering on what I promise to do to the best of my ability with a particular emphasis on customer service and communication. I believe in clients for life and if you are in this industry as long as I have been then I feel confident that I am meeting my obligations to always work in the best interests of my clients... For me it is simply treating my clients in the same way I would expect to be treated in business transaction and to make sure that the little things are not forgotten. I want to create a great work place where my staff are invested in my business, are thanked and rewarded for their efforts and are as focused on great customer service... as I am... There is nothing worse than trying to find a reason not to come to work... We generally all work for a large period of our lives and I firmly believe whatever you are doing there should be a passion for it no matter what it is..I appreciate this is not always possible but it should be your goal... My mother was a hairdresser who loved her job so much she found it hard to retire... I never forgot this advice about passion... and luckily, I have found it in this industry... do not ever take your staff for granted and you will be rewarded in many ways...
