About Michele Decroix

Michele’s sales career was established at an early age as part of a large family bakery business in the heart of London. “Shell’s Bakery” was to provide Michele with the corner stone of her great fondness of dealing with the general public and her ability to deliver the best quality of customer sales and service. Having qualified through the University of London with a Bachelor Of Humanities Degree, her sales career developed into the recruitment arena before travelling to Australia in 1987. Based in Sydney, Michele was soon to prove her sales capabilities with some of the largest organizations in IT and Telco including Alcatel, IBM and Link Telecommunications - one of the precursors to Optus. As manager of corporate sales at Link, Michele was responsibility for a significant mulit-million dollar based portfolio, enjoying a great relationship with over 80% of the Top 100 listed companies in Australia. Michele achieved a magnitude of both individual sales representative and sales manager awards including the prestigious IBM 100% Club. One of the great highlights for Michele was being involved in the Sydney 2000 Olympics. With a family move to the Gold Coast in 2006 and now a mother of 3 sons, in 2007 Michele established NEO Property with managing partner Ian Adams – the passion for property evident having bought, sold and rented over 20 properties in Sydney.
