Determined and passionate about property - I enjoy the real estate industry for its fast pace and the opportunities it provides to meet great local people. As the Director of Armstrong Real Estate, I head up a dynamic team of local professionals who bring a fresh approach to real estate. It’s key to me that our team balances insightful local knowledge with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the current market. Many of my staff have been with me since the beginning of the business, testament to a solid, enjoyable working culture and a shared passion for property. My background as a Law & Commerce graduate provides our clients with a rare level of professionalism and access to core business skills aligned to the real estate industry. Both of my degrees have armed me with a unique ability to negotiate, rationalise, be fair, analyse numbers and coordinate transactions between multiple parties. This ability to work across disciplines is something I have come to rely on as a business owner and a real estate agent. To me, being able to look at all angles of a transaction represents a holistic approach to real estate which is of utmost value to our clients. My switched-on sense of logic has brought success to my endeavours. Trustworthy and accountable, I love achieving a great result, especially when it exceeds expectations. I’m inspired by the results we achieve as a team at Armstrong Real Estate. As I see it, we have become an integral part of the community here. Our values lie in creating relationships with property owners, purchasers and tenants all based on a genuine caring for the area itself. Being raised on a Dairy farm in Shepparton, I’ve always appreciated the value in supporting your local community. I’ve been privileged to grow up in a region which allowed me to see hard work and dedication firsthand. I attribute my open, straightforward nature to my country upbringing. I’m dedicated to maintaining this sense of support and community to my business. From fostering dogs, to supporting local organisations, I take my role as a local business owner seriously. And, when the working day is over, I enjoy taking my dogs for walks, enjoying local food & wine, fitness including running and Pilates and spending time with my family and friends.
