About Mat Suckling

Mat first began his career in real estate after running a residential construction business specialising in House and Land Packages for First Home Buyers. After managing this business for 9 years, COVID lockdowns forced Mat to consider other options and this pushed him to finally take the step into Residential Real Estate that he had wanted to pursue. While Mat already had experience selling house and land packages, he had the desire to become a fully licensed agent and immerse himself in the fast pace of the residential real estate industry. The thing that Mat enjoys most about real estate is helping people achieve their property goals and providing the guidance that doesn’t necessarily exist within the industry for people who need it. Mat believes the key to success in real estate is to love what you do, be passionate about meeting and helping people and their families. This high level customer service mentality makes him a perfect fit for the team at Ray White Cheltenham. Mat has been working in real estate within the local bayside area for some time and in his spare time, he enjoys keeping active with exercise, the gym, and spending quality time with his wife and his pet staffy Ollie.
