Lucy's 21 years in Gold Coast real estate have resulted in her being named the Real Estate Institute of Queensland's 'Salesperson of the Year' three times. Since joining the industry in 1988 as a single mother with two sons to raise, she has proved her abilities as a skilled negotiator and dedicated professional. She also has the rare ability to maintain a warm personal rapport with clients and colleagues alike. In the years prior to establishing her own company, Lucy won in-house sales awards from three major realtors and served as Associate Director of one of the Coast's leading agencies. Her drive to succeed saw her study to obtain her General Auctioneer's licence in 1995, while continuing to set records for the number of sales concluded and prices achieved. During the 1990s she was appointed Sales & Marketing Director for the Raptis Group, an iconic Gold Coast development company. In January 2000 Lucy achieved a long-cherished dream to establish her own real estate office. Situated on Isle of Capri, the fledgling business quickly grew into a thriving company, fuelled by Lucy's 'hands-on' approach to business and her desire to succeed in a highly competitive market.
