About Lincoln Eade

I have always lived in and around the Ormeau/ Beenleigh area with my family. We are far from a perfect family and have our fair share of issues, but at the end of the day I try and put them first and stay true to myself and my beliefs. As far as hobbies I enjoy Busking ( didge and guitar), surfing, work and people, id like to think I am a good listener as most of my skillset has come from firstly listening then applying what I’ve learnt, sometimes falling flat on my face but always getting back for another go! I wasn’t an A grade student but in a weird twist of fate I find myself studying relentlessly all the time, mainly on marketing and negotiation. I asked myself, what’s the best thing I can do for people I encounter in my business? Apart from the obvious be kind and friendly, I thought if I could constantly improve my marketing and negotiating skills I can hopefully surpass peoples expectation in there real estate transaction with me and in turn create life long partnerships with people who expect fantastic results!
