About Leigh Vercoe

Leigh comes to Laguna Real Estate with a wealth of property knowledge gained from eight years experience in the real estate industry on the Sunshine Coast. Prior to joining Laguna, Leigh operated her own real estate business as a licensee. This experience helped to fine tune her excellent relationship skills and expanded her knowledge of property management and business development. Leigh’s belief is that to be a top performing agent she must be transparent, honest, and always willing to listen to any ideas and suggestions that her clients bring to the table. She believes that true success comes through effective communication, attention to detail and a well thought out strategic marketing plan for the property that will generate as much competition as possible. Outside of work Leigh enjoys the beach, spending time with her three children and is also an avid gym, CrossFit and weightlifting enthusiast.
