About Lee Sutherland

Lee Sutherland developed a lifelong passion for real estate after purchasing his first property at age 18, and his enthusiasm has not abated, it continues to grow stronger, eventually evolving into a successful career. After building his own personal property portfolio over many years, Lee has first-hand knowledge of how both buyers and sellers think, and this experience has been one of the keys to his ongoing success. Ranking in the top 20 nationally in 2013 and a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club for achieving a high volume of transactions, Lee has carved a name for himself amongst his peers not just locally, but nationally. Holding a full real estate license and Auctioneers license, Lee also has tertiary qualifications in Business; he uses his knowledge to assist his clients to achieve their goals, and his outstanding negotiation skills enable him to secure even the most challenging deal.
