About Kristien Formosa

Kristien has lived on the island for over 35 years, and during this time he has been heavily involved in Island sports and other community events. In particular, Kristien has become a very familiar face through his involvement with the football and netball club. Kristien’s local knowledge affords him a natural understanding of the market, and his considerable network within the wider community means he has a sound basis for building trust. Kristien has worked in real estate locally for approximately seventeen years, and his success led him to begin his role as Principal of Ray White Phillip Island in 2007. Kristien dedicates himself to a high quality of service, and this sets the standard for his team. Kristien aims to provide a superior level of service in all facets of both the Sales and Property Management Teams. Under Kristien’s leadership, the Ray White Phillip Island Team has won several prestigious Industry Awards. His pride in his own work is reflective of his results to all past and present clients. Local knowledge, experience, honesty and dedication is the formula behind Kristien’s success in the Real Estate industry. Kristien’s other interests include football, golf, cooking, community and local school fundraisers. Kristien also enjoys spending time with wife Leah and his three daughters.
