It's little wonder that Kate Donaldson is a familiar name and face to many locals, after all she's been living in the Diamond Valley her whole life. Growing up on a farm in Panton Hill, and attending Diamond Creek Primary school and Eltham College, Kate has a deep understanding of what makes this area so special. Kate began her real estate career after many years working in various customer service roles. After working for two other real estate agencies, she decided to start on her own as Kate Donaldson Real Estate and worked under her own banner for just over 12 years. "I have always had a passion for property, and I love helping people realize their dreams. Working in real estate is not a job for me, it's an absolute pleasure". Kate has an uncanny knack of making people feel immediately at ease. Her positive and empathetic nature provides confidence and support to her many valued clients and customers. After meeting the team at Ray White Eltham / Diamond Creek and developing a good understanding of their professional, streamlined and personable service she made the decision to merge under the Ray White Banner.
