About Julian Hasemer

Julian started his career in real estate sales in 1990 and in that time has developed a wealth of experience and an intimate knowledge of all facets of the market. Passionate about the industry, he established what is now known as 1st City Hasemer and Caldwell.Eyles Real Estate in 1998 and hasn't looked back. The agency is boutique sized as a close-knit team energises one another, easily sharing information and knowledge, working together to maintain high standards. Each and every one of the people here are passionate about what they do. They have an instinct for property – and derive immense satisfaction from what they do. It’s important to me that the sales team understand property intimately. Thats why each of us has been involved in property from the foundations up, in one way or another. Knowing how to conceive a development and how to be creative with sites adds an extra dimension to our knowledge base that is invaluable to this business and to our clients.
