About John Ranieri

John heads up the Harcourts Bridgetown office and is a quintessential country gent with many interests. He has been a qualified and Licenced Surveyor for over 40 years and in addition to Harcourts runs a 120-acre farm and Fernridge Country Retreat with his wife Carol. After selling his successful surveying business to multinational group Fugro, John stayed with the business and expanded his expertise to project management and marketing. With a solid background in property development the inclusion of real estate sales seemed a natural progression. John’s Project Management skills have been in demand for many years by numerous land development companies and small investors alike and as a result has strong expertise in the feasibility and implementation of subdivision projects. When he has spare time, he is an active Rotarian and enjoys mustering cattle and hosting visitors at the Retreat.
