Hi I’m Jodie a licensed real estate agent working for McGrath at Epping. I have lived locally for the past 20 years and have raised three children in the area. My children attended local schools and belonged to various sporting groups within the community. I commenced my career in the real estate industry in 2009 and quickly found my passion. Prior to becoming an agent I renovated homes, sub-divided land and built duplexes which allowed me to build my knowledge and skills in property development and real estate. The majority of my vendors are selling their homes because their children have left home and they are either downsizing or looking for an alternative lifestyle. Having adult children I can relate to this stage of life and I am well placed to understand your needs and situation.
