James’ career and passion for property spans over 28 years in which time he has dedicated his working life exclusively to the real estate industry. He has built a large client base of property owners and positioned himself as the leading agent in the Pyrmont market with consistent top sales and accolades over a duration of a decade. He has also been voted, as the only agent operating in Pyrmont, as one of the “Top 100” performing agents nationally in 2013 and again in 2015 by the coveted REB, and has been honoured with the coveted REINSW 2012 Award for Auction Marketing Excellence, as well as being named Rate My Agent’s “Pyrmont Agent of the Year” in 2015, 2018 and 2019. James has been nominated as a finalist by the REINSW as “Residential Salesperson of the Year” for 5 consecutive years from 2014 to 2018.. Since joining Morton in 2001, James has become an integral part of Morton. He has grown with the business over 19 dedicated years and currently acts as our Associate Director, joint shareholder and licensee of our Pyrmont office located on Darling Island, Pyrmont.
