HK brings a strong belief in customer service to the Ray White Modbury team and is a passionate, motivated and confident communicator. She has a natural flare for building long lasting relationships and her enthusiasm is infectious. As a multilingual, HK stands out in the real estate industry. Originally moving to Australia to complete a master’s degree Course in IT, HK would later work in the IT sector before changing tack and deciding on a career in real estate, where her considerable multilingual skills would prove an asset. Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English, the tech savvy HK had done her homework and she picked the Ray White brand as her preferred agency. Now she just needed the right role. “Ray White was my dream company to work in,” HK says, explaining that she was attracted to the brand because of its professionalism, branding and her personal experience as a buyer. With a true passion for working for her clients, HK’s strength is building relationships and her philosophy is simple: “Always do what you say you are going to do.” Currently focussing on sales in the Northern Suburbs and surrounds, HK’s passion and dedication have her immersed in learning about the local area. Her dream goal is to one day become an Auctioneer.
