About Hayley Ward

Hayley joined our team in February 2021 as a Sales Team administrator and has since transitioned into a Property Sales Specialist. She is a born and bred Gladstone local and knows the area well. Hayley enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and frequents our local Tannum Sands beach in her spare time. Hayley is a dedicated Property Sales Specialist working with her own group of clients. She previously worked alongside Alicia Williams as a Sales Associate providing a premier experience for buyers and sellers alike. In 2022, Hayley completed 231 property appraisals, transacted 64 sales and managed over 300 open home inspections. Hayley has excellent knowledge of the Real Estate industry, from admin and customer service all the way to settlement. She is a strong communicator and negotiator, combined with a heavy passion for the local area which has seen Hayley make a great impression in the Real Estate industry and an incredible asset to the LOCATIONS team and your property.
