Greg is a third generation in the family business which begun in 1964, it’s fair to say that real estate is in his blood. In 1997 at the age of 20 Greg commenced his real estate career as a cadet to the sales team where as he says he “did his apprenticeship”. After nine months he moved into property management and quickly established himself as one of the leading property managers in the area. Achieving Victoria’s No.1 Property Management Office of the Year and individually awarded Property Manager of The Year was a testament to his diligent dedication and care to give 100% at all times. In February 2004, Greg stepped into sales and became Manager of the Mt Evelyn office. Under Greg’s guidance the business became the market leader in the area. Whist at the Mt Evelyn office Greg excelled, he was awarded the Methven Professionals Group Sales Person of the Year five out of seven years and on three occasions the Top Selling Principal for the Professionals Victoria. Greg’s success has seen him receive both national and international recognition - speaking at several conferences throughout Australia and also New Zealand. Greg has also appeared on Australia’s number one real estate coaching audio programme “Hot Topics”. His presentations are uplifting, positive and high energy and when you meet Greg you will see he runs his business the same way. At the age of 35 Greg moved back to the Mooroolbark office and took the step of buying into the family business, becoming an owner and Director of the Methven Professionals Group in partnership with his father Geoff. While the family tradition continues Greg’s focus on technology and constantly looking for new ways to provide better service to his clients is his daily focus. He is a young high energy leader and mentor to his team, and is an extremely well respected member of the community.
