About Gary Musolino

Gary commenced selling Real Estate in 1988 and moved to the current office location in July 1992 where he also began to manage residential rental property. His early years were spent on an acreage in the foothills at Teringie and in 1999, Gary and his family moved to Rostrevor. Gary believes you can’t be the best at Real Estate everywhere so has concentrated listing, selling and renting properties near the office (mainly in the Campbelltown Council Area). Keeping in constant contact and knowing the buyers and tenants already looking in these areas greatly reduces the time on market. Gary has negotiated over 1500 sales in his time since 1988, selling the same property sometimes several times over. Most importantly, he would like to thank the countless families who have entrusted their properties for him to handle either their sale or rental needs over the past 3 decades.
