What do you love best about life in St George? “I’m local born and bred, so I’m one of the lucky ones. Our family loves being on the water in our free time. Having the ability to easily access the bays from all the surrounding boat ramps is an amazing advantage of living in the St George area, and the beautifully manicured parks, beaches and bayside eateries make it a great family lifestyle.” How has the local property market evolved over the years? “We have a great mix of young families and empty nesters who enjoy the location and lifestyle. With more townhouses and apartments being built recently, there are more options for a wider mix of buyers, creating a wonderfully diverse local community. Living in an area which offers a waterside lifestyle, yet is just 20 minutes from the CBD, is a great formula for capital growth.” Real estate is dynamic and the market changes day-to-day. What are some of the fundamentals that always ring true? “I reinforce to people the importance of lifestyle, and how their choice of home can help them live the way they want to. For me, happiness means eating well, living each day to the fullest, loving your friends and family, and having your health. For any big decision, including buying or selling a property, lifestyle is a key consideration.” What’s the best part about your job? “The most satisfying aspect is the journey I take with a client. It can be daunting for people to upsize, downsize or invest, so I make sure I help my clients through the process every step of the way, to make a real positive difference in their lives. It’s a huge compliment to bring a smile to their face and happiness to their family.” Can you tell us something not many people know about you? “I have a very sweet tooth! It’s no secret to people that know me that I love food, but I absolutely love dessert.”
