One of the founding partners, David still remains active within the business and manages the first Jim Aitken & Partners office that is based at the Lennox Centre which opened over two decades ago. "For some, it seems like the focus is to sell homes quickly. For us, we prefer to invest in advertising and allow the market time to respond". David acknowledges that while his hair colour has changed over the past twenty years, he still carries the same enthusiasm that he brought on his first day.
