About Daniel Beracochea

Determined to join a thriving and growing agency, Daniel came to The Property Lab in 2017 with extensive experience in both residential sales and property management. Daniel brings to his role an approach quite unique from other agents. With an enthusiasm and passion for property, Daniel works with his clients on a personal level giving him the upper hand in understanding and identifying with people. Daniel also benefits from 7 years in the residential building industry at an administration and project management level. Daniel's hands on fundamental skills has given him a comprehensive understanding on property transformation. With extraordinary time management skills, Daniel even manages to find the time to further educate himself, currently undertaking a Bachelor of Science at Macquarie University, currently in his 3rd and final year of study . Furthermore, Daniel has already attained a Diploma of Architectural Technology and a Diploma of Arts majoring in Media and Communication.
