Charles Ealdama's passion for property has not changed since the day he started. Since entering the industry in 2009, Charles commenced his career in property management and gained valuable experience in his 5 years as a property manager. In late 2015, Charles took the challenge to jump straight into Sales and has not looked back. He is grateful for the transition he made from property management to sales. Charles believes the day to day activities of a property manager and the requirement to be highly organised in the role has given him the head start he needed in sales.
