Carrie is a Lead Agent & Co-Owner of Place Karalee. Carrie commenced her real estate career in 2016 in Property Management where she played a pivotal role in organically growing a rent roll alongside her husband and Co-Director, Richard Bischoff. Operating from a home office in Karalee, they quickly established themselves as a market leader in their field through their commitment to excellence in communications and providing out-standing and timely solutions to their clients, subsequently building genuine relationships with both their landlord and tenant clients. Expanding into Residential Sales in 2021, Carrie and Richard applied their vast experience in Property Management and Property Valuation to the benefit of their Vendor clients and have become known as trusted real estate advisors for Property Sales and Rentals in Karalee and its surrounding suburbs. Owning and operating Palace Property Agents, they attracted a team of top-tier real estate professionals and built strong community ties through support ventures and charitable endeavours. These include Compassion, Catalyst Church Fernvale, CRI (Great Ipswich Region), local Fetes, trivia evenings and local schools including Karalee and Mount Crosby Primary Schools and West Moreton Anglican College. Described as compassionate, driven and a people-person, Carrie loves meeting and learning about people, something she appreciates that real estate allows her to do.
