Brooke Reynolds boasts over 13 years of experience working at hockingstuart’s Ballarat office. She joined the local team near its inception starting as a Receptionist, moving through the ranks of Property Management and now has settled into a Sales Agent role. “I’m very motivated and eager to improve upon my skills in order to please my clients. I am easy to get along with and flexible in different scenarios. Dealing with different people on a day-to-day basis, problem solving and feeling a sense of accomplishment when you reach and exceed the expectations of your clients is what I most love about my role,” enthuses Brooke. Brooke enjoys the diversity of being in sales, as each day is different and gives her the chance to liaise with her clients. Friends and colleagues describe her as an extremely efficient person who is thorough and finds nothing is too much trouble for her in helping others. As a Buninyong resident, Brooke appreciates the sense of connection between locals in Ballarat. After the Scotsburn bushfires she felt moved by the way the community rallied together to help those affected. On a personal front, Brooke adores her children and extended family. As a working mother she has fine-tuned her time management skills to achieve a work life balance.
