About Brad Scott

Growing up in country Victoria near Shepparton, Brad went to Universtiy in Melbourne studying Civil Engineering at Monash University in Clayton. Then he travelled the world for 3 years and lived in Aspen, Colorado for 2 years. Once he returned from America and Europe, he completed his Bachelors degree in Finance and marketing at Latrobe University. Brad was accepted second for one of the 22 positions as Business Banker for one of Australia largest big 4 banks, the National Australia Bank (NAB). Over 1,100 Australian graduates across the nation applied that year in 2004. Brad then went onto to join NAB as the first Graduate ever to be in the elite "Business Acquisition Team (BAT)" for the bank based in Kew, Melbourne. After receiving 5 promotions over 3 years and being head hunted by NAB (QLD) to join the Southport Business Banking Centre. In 2006 Brad met his now wife Junko. A Japanese lady from Tokyo. They are now happily married since 2010 and have a Daughter Sarah and Son Dylan. Brad decided to leave the Banking industry in 2006 and join the industry he has always loved. Real Estate. In his first year in 2006, Brad won a lot of awards for new sales person in the industry, articles were written in The Gold Coast Bulletin for selling 7 homes in 6 onsecutive days in his first year. Brad left the business he was at and start "Smart Real Estate" himself at the age of 27 years of age in 2007. Moving to a large office on Chevron Island in 2009, the business has grown from 3 employees to more then 12 team members now with plans to grow the team to 20. In 2015 Brad met with Richard Branson for the first time and also Arnold Schwarzneggar in 2016. In 2017 Brad Scott was schowcased on Australias No 1 rated property show "Selling Houses Australia" with Andrew winters.
