All neighbours are owner occupied either family or retiree's and all are neighbourly....
Gently sloping and facing north, perfect for a passive solar home....
I have a PLANNING PERMIT for a 3 bedroom home .....
The block is fenced on 3 sides and those three sides each have roads so access is no worries....PLANNING PERMIT has the access from ARTHUR STREET.....
The southern side has a new farm-gate installed with a driveway also...
The three sides also have low vegetation so its screened well for privacy...
The east boundary is un-fenced and from the house on lot2 ,one cannot see lot1 easily through the shrubbery ,so private that way too ....
I have added a couple of photos of the large Oak and large Red-box on lot2, which is the view from lot1 facing east....One can see a tiny bit of the famous railway Via-duct that way too....
Mostly the block is cleared and on the eastern side,next to lot2,are a few lovely tree's,Stone Pines and Red Box....
The land is fertile,so good for gardens etc...
Northern views are excellent through the big Yellow Box trees into the farm land on the rolling hillside's beyond....
Kangaroo's and the odd Wallaby and Echidna pass through this place and the bird life is very very good...
The Town-Water runs by the southern boundary and Electricity is on the northern road....
