The block offers a mixture of cleared land and trees with winding paths that take you to private sheltered areas. A great block for kids to run around on, ride bikes on or even keep a horse on. There is plenty of room for your friends and family to bring their caravan and stay a night or two.

Across the road is the Golf Club which has a well renowned course and a very welcoming bar. On Friday nights they do counter meals and this is a great place to catch up with all the locals. The Pipers River shop is approximately 12 minutes away by car. Here you can get excellent fish 'n' chips and all your necessities. This is also the pick up and drop off for the school bus.

Tam O'Shanter is a 29 minutes from George Town, 47 minutes from Launceston and 31 minutes from Bridport. An easy commute for work and schools.
