Riverside is located on Riverside Road Kalgan region in the lower south coastal area of Western Australia. The property is situated on a bitumen road and all only 24kms to the city of Albany and 24 km to Manypeaks.
Riverside is part of the original Plantagenet Location number 5, the first title issued in Western Australia in 1830.
Located on the Kalgan River that is navigable with the adjacent land was identified by Major Lockyer in 1827 as suitable for agriculture.
