The home is liveable but in poor condition. The property is sold as-is, and is priced accordingly. I believe that the structure of the house is hardwood and sound, however some window trimming, and an area of the floor in the kitchen has suffered damage from rot and termites (currently being treated). The house is currently lived in but my brother who maintained the house (and owns it) became quadriplegic (and not recognised by NDIS because he's over 65).
