Three full garages, indoor-outdoor living, multiple living areas including a property theatre and a rumpus, no rear neighbours… There are so many reasons to love 3 Nina Pocket, but the best one is the feeling you get when you walk inside the double front doors. This custom-built Lamont home is literally like nothing we've ever seen. If you have a large family and have been disappointed by all of the boring boxy beachside Townsville homes you've looked at, you better get in here quick.

We had a lot of fun filming this home and the owner's encouraged us to be creative. The location is fantastic. Here you're only 25 minutes away from the Townsville CBD, and yet only three minutes drive to the beach. Bushland Beach is Townsville's premier coastal suburb, and new infrastructure here includes everything from major shops, to a child care centre. Townsville's largest employers, James Cook University, The Townsville Hospital and Lavarack Barracks are about a 20 minute drive away via The Ring Road.
