A picture is worth a thousand words, so we can type all we would like here in the description of the house but nothing is going to sell 26 Dune Parade quite like the views of sunset that you can see from the second story deck, here in our photos. If you are looking for a low maintenance modern house, just steps from the beach - this is the one! With heaps of solar and a sparkling salt water pool this custom built home is certain to impress.

Why don't we start in the main living area as this is where you will probably spend most of your time. This expansive open-plan space includes a vaulted ceiling and one of the largest kitchens we've seen. Those who love to entertain will appreciate that there is enough room for five at the breakfast bar. You'll also find sleek handle-less glossy white cabinetry, a five burner gas stove and a family sized plumbed fridge space.

Other touches that will impress are the stacking sliding doors that fold completely away to bring the outside in. Because of the creative design of the patio and pool area, it's easy to keep an eye on the kids while they swim from the kitchen. There's a shopping plaza just minutes away with everything you need. Townsville CBD & ice cream at The Strand are about a 30 minute drive away.
