This cozy retreat offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with three bedrooms and one bathroom, Riverfront Delight can accommodate up to seven guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- WIFI is available.
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
- No Slipway Access amp; No Aircon (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
Inside
As you enter the property and turn left, you'll find bedrooms one and two. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. The third and final bedroom is located toward the back of the house, offering additional privacy and comfort.
On the right side of the entrance, you'll discover the inviting lounge room, complete with a PlayStation, a wide selection of games, movies, and board games, as well as an assortment of books to keep everyone entertained. There is also a dining table in this area, providing a cozy spot for enjoying meals or engaging in lively conversations.
Continuing further, you'll be greeted by an open-plan layout that encompasses a modern kitchen and a second lounge room. This space is perfect for socialising and relaxing, allowing guests to cook, dine, and unwind together. Another dining area is available in this area with views of the gorgeous canal system.
Outside
One of the highlights of Riverfront Delight is its access to the backyard, which can be reached from the second lounge room. Here, you'll find outdoor furniture where you can bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings, enjoy alfresco meals, or simply unwind with a good book.
The backyard also features a barbecue, perfect for hosting cookouts, and a jetty for those who wish to indulge in water activities. Additionally, there is open space available for recreational activities and boat parking for those who want to bring their own watercraft. The garage is accessible for your convenience.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
