All works stalled 6 years ago following a significant health crisis; now, I accept that Time has caught up with my 75 y.o. body, so the Finishing Works need to be done by a new owner according to their own vision .(I am happy to discuss previous plans etc. with prospective purchasers ) I will always be attached to my Time in this Wonderful Location; and hope to pass it to a Purchaser who will take the building & it's Outdoor Living areas to their full...
