Just in time for the holidays we have this classic 1970's beach house. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with built in robes, open living area, very neat kitchen and bathroom and a huge covered verandah for lots of enjoyment. Downstairs is a separate area with 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and another bathroom. There is a lock up garage and covered area large enough for a big boat or caravan. So how far is the beach from the house? A 375m walk down the road and around the corner across the foot bridge and you are on the sand or take the cycleway to the local shops (IGA supermarket, cafe, surf shop & takeaway) which are the same distance.
