There is a split system, IXL wall heater plus wood fire. Four bay shed with open front for the tenant to use. There is an enclosed yard for the tenant to maintain but NO pets are allowed as the surrounding farm has livestock. Tank water only. Tenants need to organise gas bottle refills.
