Water based activities can be enjoyed form the nearby reserve, including boating, swimming and kayaking.

This property enjoys easy and quick access to the South Eastern Freeway and Princes Highway. Local attractions include the river, with various public reserves, The Bend Motorsport Park (approximately 25 minutes), and the iconic Monarto Zoo (20 minutes). Nearby wine regions include Langhorne Creek (30 minutes), the Adelaide Hills (30 minutes) and the Barossa (1 hour).
